Crafted from a handful of carefully selected barrels this wine displays the essence of Salvestrin farming and winemaking in each bottle. It's beautiful nose reveals aromas of baking spice, ripe black cherries, and toasted oak. On the palate you'll find mouth coating ripe red fruit, plumb, and delicate tannins.
